This open level class includes a full warm up, drills, choreographed sequences, strengthening, conditioning, cool down and stretch.
Students with more experience will be offered layered repertoire and options to refine technique. This class is a prerequisite for the choreography class.
Choreography 7:30-8:15pm
We are taking a modern approach to our favorite elements of Egyptian dance. I am excited to take some of the most expressive and fun Egyptian based repertoires and bring them together for us to explore!
This class is for intermediate dancers, with middle eastern dance foundations.
